Recently you might be finding a lot of websites about human resourcing and stuff with keyword optimized articles that talk nothing but bullshit. You will find optimally placed google adsense in between them, and you will also notice that the sites get a lot of traffic, and that the sites are mostly from India.
The most of the Inidan population today are jobseekers, and at a country which has the world’s second largest population, there are a very good number of people who search for jobs on the internet, and google will lead them all to one of these sites.
When the people come to such sites whne they find that the write up is completely bullshit, they might spot a useful link on the page and just click it and carry on following that link, and the owner of the site gets paid. Some of these people might think that the site shows different links at times and so they might come back again and again to clikc on that links that lead them to hope, and the site owner will get paid again and again. The job descriptions on these sites are very vague and will mark requirements for people from all categories only because the site gets all sort of visitors.
I think google should regulate such sites and help reduce the inflation in the advertisers costs.
